Couples' Night Out - Thursday evenings
“Date Night” is seeking sponsoring organizations.
Letters have gone out to churches requesting sponsorship of an evenings Date Night”. Date
Night is on the third Thursday evenings of each month.
The schedule is 6:30 for a light evening meal, brief entertainment, and a
time for couple enrichment (concluding no later than 8:15 PM).
Child care is usually provided.
John Gottman Workshop
A 2 Day Workshop,
This
DVD presentation is Dr. John Gottman in the same workshop he teaches around the
country. Dr. Gottman reviews three decades of research on what makes marriage succeed or
fail, and teaches a therapy that helps troubled marriages.
The program includes information about couple’s dynamics, marital
assessment, couple’s exercises and therapeutic interventions.
