McIntosh Trail Community Service Board - Henry County Vistas. 141 Henry Parkway, McDonough GA 30253. (770) 358-8535. Provides mental health and substance abuse services to children, adolescents & families. Accepts all Medicaid coverage and provides sliding-scale fees for uninsured families.
Odyssey Family Counseling Center. 169 Decatur Road, McDonough GA 30253. (770) 957-6256. Provides comprehensive services for domestic violence, trauma recovery and prevention. Services include: general mental health, parenting classes, battered women's support group, grief & loss, men's domestic violence group, trauma recovery, families of homicide victims group and crime victim's services.
Haven House. (770) 954-9229 (24-hour Crisis Line). Help for domestic violence victims. Includes an emergency shelter, counseling and support groups.
Southern Crescent Sexual Assault Center. (770) 603-4045 (office); (770) 477-2177 (Crisis Line). Provides much needed services to survivors of sexual assault in the South Metro area. Services include 24-hour crisis line; hospital, police & court accompaniment; victim advocacy; counseling; education programs for youth, children & adults; and resource referral network.
